How you're paid. Revenue share is paid monthly in arrears on revenue collected. For annual (prepaid) subscriptions, commission is 30% upfront (after the client's payment clears and a 30-day cooling-off period) and 70% in equal monthly instalments over the year. On cancellation within the year, unpaid instalments cease and the upfront is recovered pro-rata. No billing risk. Didusec sets and enforces retail pricing, contracts with and invoices the client, and carries the credit risk. Onboarding is Didusec-led and recovered via a one-time client setup fee (not commissionable).

A credibility signal — used honestly.

On certification and while in good standing, you may display a single, verifiable "Authorised Fintegris Partner" badge. It is a licensed, non-transferable, revocable mark governed by usage guidelines. Being clear about what it does and does not mean protects both your clients and your practice.

What it means

  • You have completed Fintegris partner certification.
  • You are an authorised channel/referral partner in good standing.
  • Your badge links to a Didusec "verify this partner" page.

What it does not mean

  • It is not a regulator endorsement or approval.
  • It is not a FAIS or FSCA authorisation.
  • It is not authority to contract or bill on Fintegris's behalf.
  • It is not a guarantee of your advice.

Questions practitioners ask.

What is the Fintegris Partner Programme?
It is a managed revenue-share referral programme for compliance practitioners. You introduce and refer Fintegris to the FSPs you serve — you do not resell, bill or collect. Didusec contracts with, invoices and supports the client directly, and pays you a tiered revenue share on collected subscription revenue.
How does the revenue share work?
You earn a tiered share of each client's recurring subscription revenue: Bronze (1–10 clients) 20%, Silver (11–30) 30%, Gold (31+) 40%. It applies to recurring subscription value only — not one-off setup or professional fees — and is paid monthly in arrears on revenue collected. Tiers are reviewed quarterly.
Do I have to bill or collect from clients?
No. Didusec contracts with, invoices and collects from the client, and carries the client credit risk. As a partner you carry no billing, collection or credit risk. Your role is the client relationship and advisory.
Do I need to be technical or handle onboarding?
No. Onboarding is Didusec-led and designed to remove the technical burden from non-IT partners, with first- and second-line support provided. Onboarding is recovered through a one-time client setup fee, which is not commissionable.
What is required to become certified?
Certification is a hard commission gate — no revenue share accrues until it is completed. It comprises four short modules (SA Regulatory Framework; Fintegris Platform; Client Onboarding & Attribution; Revenue Share, Ethics & Disclosure), each assessed by a short quiz at an 80% pass mark. At least one named person at the partner must pass. A current FSCA-approved compliance officer approval, active CISA membership, or active FPI or RE1/RE5 with current CPD may qualify for a Module 1 exemption.
What is the "Authorised Fintegris Partner" mark?
On certification and while in good standing, you may display a single verifiable badge. It signifies only that you have completed Fintegris certification and are an authorised referral partner in good standing. It is not a regulator endorsement, not a FAIS/FSCA authorisation, not authority to contract or bill on Fintegris's behalf, and not a guarantee of your advice.
How and when do I get paid?
Revenue share is paid monthly in arrears on collected revenue. For annual (prepaid) subscriptions, commission is 30% upfront (after the client's payment clears and a 30-day cooling-off period) and 70% in equal monthly instalments over the year. A trailing share continues for the life of each subscription while you remain certified and in good standing.
What happens if a client cancels?
On cancellation or refund within an annual term, unpaid instalments cease and the 30% upfront is recovered pro-rata for the unexpired period. Retail pricing is set and enforced by Didusec.
Is Fintegris available now?
Fintegris is in development and not yet available for commercial deployment. An IFWG Regulatory Sandbox application was submitted in July 2026 and a determination is pending. Partner applications are open now so certified partners are ready to activate when the platform goes live.
